Due to the handmade nature of our candles, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will be happy to assist you.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Trim the wick to ¼ inch before each burn to prevent excessive soot.
Let the wax melt to the edges of the jar to avoid tunneling.
Never burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

Yes! Our candles are made with 100% natural soy wax and infused with high-quality fragrance oils.
